Qualified
meetings.
Booked.
No retainer lock-in on the initial call.
The problem
Generic agencies don't speak your buyers' language.
Technical firms deal in complexity — multi-stakeholder evaluations, six-figure ACV, deeply technical discovery. The outreach has to match.
Generic prospecting burns credibility
A CTO who gets a templated cold email deletes it. Outreach that ignores their stack, team size, or growth stage poisons the domain.
SDRs take 3–6 months to ramp
Recruiting, onboarding, and ramping for a technical firm is a multi-month exercise before you see pipeline. You need meetings now.
Volume-first agencies deliver the wrong meetings
A procurement manager instead of the engineering lead. Quantity isn't pipeline — it's noise that costs your best people an hour each.
What makes us different
Built for
technical buyers.
We know the difference between a CTO and a procurement lead. Every decision in the Convelo process is built around reaching the people who actually buy.
Precision research,
not mail-merge
Every prospect is researched before a message goes out — tech stack, team size, hiring signals, funding stage. Relevant, not random.
Qualification
before the booking
ICP criteria is a gate, not a post-booking filter. Company size, tech fit, budget, and timing — all confirmed before the calendar invite goes out.
Technical messaging
that lands
Engineers ignore outreach written for procurement. Ours is written for CTOs — peer-level, precise, grounded in their actual problems.
A brief with
every booking
Every meeting arrives with a structured brief — background, likely initiative, outreach context, and a suggested discovery angle. Walk in prepared.

Common questions
Questions we hear from sceptical buyers.
You've probably burned budget on generic lead generation before. These are the questions that matter.
01 We've tried outbound agencies before and the results were poor. What makes Convelo different?
Most outbound agencies are generalists — they run the same playbook for a B2B software firm as they do for an insurance broker. Convelo works exclusively with software development and product engineering firms. Our research, messaging, and qualification criteria are built around technical buyers: CTOs, VPs Engineering, and technical founders. The meetings we book are with the right person, at the right company, who has a plausible reason to talk to you — not a volume-first list of anyone with an email address.
02 How do you qualify prospects before booking the meeting?
Qualification happens before a meeting is booked, not after. We apply your ICP criteria as a gate — company size, engineering team indicators, tech stack signals, geography, and buying stage — and only proceed to booking when an account clears it. We also confirm we're reaching a decision-maker (CTO, VP Engineering, or technical founder), not a gatekeeper or junior contact. Every meeting that lands in your calendar has cleared that gate.
03 What does the account brief include?
Every booked meeting arrives with a structured account brief: the prospect's company background, their engineering team and likely use case, the full outreach thread so you can see exactly how the conversation progressed, any signals we gathered during research (tech stack, recent hiring, public initiatives), and a suggested discovery angle based on what we learned. Your team walks into the call with context, not a blank screen.
04 How long does it take to get started and see first meetings?
We run a structured onboarding session (typically 60 minutes) to map your ICP and messaging direction. From that point, the research, list build, and first outreach sequences are active within roughly two weeks. The timeline to first confirmed meeting depends on your ICP's response patterns, but we design the engagement to move quickly rather than run a slow ramp.
05 Do we need to provide any tooling, CRM access, or marketing assets?
No. Convelo is a fully managed service — you don't need to connect a CRM, buy new tooling, or produce marketing assets. We handle the research data, outreach sequences, and calendar integration. All you need to supply is your ICP definition (which we build together in onboarding) and your calendar availability.
06 What markets and geographies do you cover?
We operate primarily across the EU and US markets, which is where the majority of software outsourcing, staff-augmentation, and product engineering decisions are made for firms of your size. If your target accounts fall in a different geography, bring it to the scoping call and we will assess feasibility directly.
